The master set counts 49 Normal and 45 Holofoil. No card comes in more than one of them, so the master set is the same size as the full set.

Legendary Heartbeat gathers legendary and mythical Pokémon around the debut of Amazing Rare cards, whose vivid rainbow backgrounds distinguish them from ordinary holographic cards. Zarude V and several powerful favourites give the compact release a celebratory, high-energy identity. Released in 2020, it gives that theme a clear place within the wider era. Its smaller enhanced-expansion format gives the card list a tighter theme than the era’s main releases.

Amazing Rare Rayquaza, Jirachi, Celebi, and other legendary Pokémon are the defining collector group, joined by Pokémon V and premium Trainers. The release sits within a period when scenic storytelling became as important as raw rarity. Beyond the best-known cards, smaller illustrations and evolution lines help complete the atmosphere of the release. The set later supplied part of the English Vivid Voltage expansion alongside Amazing Volt Tackle.
