The master set counts 39 Normal and 26 Holofoil. No card comes in more than one of them, so the master set is the same size as the full set.

Dark Order, released in 2018, assembles Darkness-type Pokémon, underworld imagery, and disruptive strategies in a tightly focused late-era expansion. Incineroar-GX, Hoopa-GX, and Black Market ◇ give the checklist a strong identity built around control and shadowy power. Its smaller enhanced-expansion format gives the card list a tighter theme than the era’s main releases.

The full-art GX cards and dark-themed Trainers are the main collector attractions, while the compact card pool makes a cohesive binder section. The artwork frequently links Pokémon to Alola’s characters, locations, and larger stories. The expansion therefore works well as a self-contained binder project as well as a chapter in the wider history of the game. Its mixture of familiar Pokémon and period-specific presentation makes the full checklist more revealing than a glance at the chase cards alone. Dark Order later supplied part of the English Team Up expansion alongside the larger Tag Bolt release.
