Shiny Collection presents a compact, cheerful collection of Pokémon in decorative scenes filled with flowers, ribbons, sparkles, and characterful everyday moments. Its visual direction is deliberately softer and more playful than the surrounding main expansions. Released in 2013, it gives that theme a clear place within the wider era. As a concept pack, it favours a concentrated visual or narrative idea over the breadth of a standard expansion.

Eevee, Mew, Meloetta, and other fan favourites appear in highly stylised full-card artwork that made the set an early showcase for illustration-led collecting. Its clean black-border full arts helped define how premium Pokémon cards would look for years afterward. Its mixture of familiar Pokémon and period-specific presentation makes the full checklist more revealing than a glance at the chase cards alone. The cards later became the Radiant Collection subset within the English Legendary Treasures expansion.
