XY—Fates Collide brings together psychic power, ancient prophecy, and the many forms of Zygarde. Mega Alakazam leads the expansion, supported by multiple Zygarde cards representing its Cells, Cores, 10% Forme, and Complete Forme. Lugia, Delphox, and several fossil Pokémon add to the sense of forces from different times and places converging. It was largely adapted from Japan’s Awakening Psychic King, with modest changes to card selection and rarity distribution.

MoreLess

Mega Alakazam-EX and Alakazam-EX are the primary collector highlights, joined by Zygarde-EX, Umbreon-EX, and full-art Supporters such as N. Lugia BREAK and Delphox BREAK continue the gold BREAK evolution mechanic, giving popular Pokémon new high-rarity versions outside the Pokémon-EX system. The set also includes a secret rare Alakazam card with gold detailing and hidden Pokémon in the artwork, one of the most admired cards of the late XY era. Fates Collide is broad, but its strongest themes—psychic mystery, Zygarde’s changing forms, and old legends returning—fit naturally together. It offers a varied checklist with several distinctive mini-collections and a particularly memorable Mega Evolution centrepiece.
