Double Crisis is a compact special expansion devoted entirely to the conflict between Team Magma and Team Aqua. Its cards depict the two factions, their owned Pokémon, and the opposing plans to expand the land or sea. Groudon and Kyogre provide the legendary centre, while Camerupt, Sharpedo, Aggron, and Walrein represent the teams’ most recognizable partners. Red and blue borders make each allegiance immediately clear. It was largely adapted from Japan’s Magma Gang VS Aqua Gang: Double Crisis, with modest changes to card selection and rarity distribution.
