The master set counts 155 Reverse Holofoil, 137 Normal and 64 Holofoil. It leaves out 10 Play Pokemon Stamp Holofoil, 6 Play Pokemon Stamp, 6 Play Pokemon Thank You Stamp, 6 Pumpkin Pikachu Stamp and 16 more in 9 other printings.

Sword & Shield—Darkness Ablaze brings Galar’s darker and more destructive powers to the foreground. Eternatus, Grimmsnarl, Centiskorch, and Galarian Slowbro appear across volcanic, industrial, and night-time settings, while familiar Pokémon such as Charizard provide a major nostalgic anchor. The set’s imagery emphasizes intense Energy and oversized Gigantamax forms, giving it a suitably explosive atmosphere. For the international market, cards from Japan’s Explosive Walker and Infinity Zone were merged into this expansion.

Charizard VMAX is the defining collector card, presenting the famous Pokémon in its Gigantamax form and becoming one of the era’s most recognizable pulls. Eternatus VMAX also had a major competitive impact by supporting large Darkness-type benches, while Centiskorch VMAX and Grimmsnarl VMAX provide additional headline cards. Full-art Pokémon V, rainbow rares, and gold cards round out the premium section. Darkness Ablaze is remembered for balancing a new-generation legendary with one of Pokémon’s most enduring favourites. Its Charizard may dominate attention, but the wider set also establishes several important Galar species and gives Darkness-type decks a clear strategic identity during the early VMAX period.
