The master set counts 53 Normal and 33 Holofoil. No card comes in more than one of them, so the master set is the same size as the full set.

VMAX Rising expands the first Galar card pool with VMAX forms for the fully evolved partner Pokémon and a stronger emphasis on Dynamax spectacle. The compact release demonstrates how Pokémon V can grow into larger, three-Prize attackers with distinct strategies. Its smaller enhanced-expansion format gives the card list a tighter theme than the era’s main releases.

Rillaboom VMAX, Cinderace VMAX, and Inteleon VMAX provide the clearest collector anchors, supported by full arts and new Galar species. The release sits within a period when scenic storytelling became as important as raw rarity. Viewed as a complete checklist, it balances headline cards with supporting Pokémon and artwork that reinforce its central identity. The result reads coherently in a binder, with recurring subjects and visual ideas linking everyday cards to the rarer highlights. Its cards later formed part of the English Rebel Clash expansion alongside the main Rebellion Crash set.
