The master set counts 132 Reverse Holofoil, 125 Holofoil and 112 Normal. It leaves out 24 Play Pokemon Stamp Holofoil, 21 Play Pokemon Stamp, 5 Normal sold outside booster packs, 4 Pumpkin Pikachu Stamp and 14 more in 8 other printings.

Sword & Shield—Evolving Skies brings together the Eevee evolutions, Rayquaza, and the return of Dragon-type cards. Umbreon, Sylveon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Espeon appear as Pokémon V, with four also receiving VMAX forms, while Rayquaza and Duraludon provide powerful Dragon centrepieces. Mountain skies, moonlit cities, forests, and towering structures give the expansion an unusually rich range of environments. It combines Japan’s Skyscraping Perfection, Blue Sky Stream, and most of Eevee Heroes; a smaller group from Eevee Heroes later appeared in Fusion Strike.

Alternate-art cards are the defining attraction. Umbreon VMAX beneath a full moon, Rayquaza VMAX flying above the landscape, and the many Eeveelution scenes are among the most celebrated modern Pokémon illustrations. The set also continues Single Strike and Rapid Strike strategies, with different Eeveelutions supporting each style. Full arts, rainbow rares, and gold cards make the checklist extensive, but the alternate arts are its lasting legacy. Evolving Skies combines two of the hobby’s strongest collecting themes—Eeveelutions and Dragon Pokémon—in one release. That concentrated popularity, supported by exceptional artwork, has made it a landmark set of the Sword & Shield era.
