The master set counts 25 Holofoil.

Its Classic Collection (25 cards) is part of this expansion, listed on its own. Together they are 50 cards and 50 unique printings in the master set.

Celebrations marks the twenty-fifth anniversary of Pokémon with a small main set and a separate Classic Collection. The main cards feature legendary Pokémon, Pikachu, and other anniversary favourites with a special 25th logo, while every four-card booster contains holographic cards. The release was distributed through themed products designed to celebrate different parts of the franchise’s history. It shares much of its modern card pool with Japan’s 25th Anniversary Collection, although the nostalgic reprints were packaged differently.

The Classic Collection recreates twenty-five memorable cards from earlier eras, including Base Set Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur, Umbreon ☆, Shining Magikarp, Mew ex, and several former competitive icons. These cards retain much of their original appearance while using updated cardstock and the anniversary stamp. The main set adds highlights such as a full-art Pikachu inspired by the original card, a gold shiny Mew, and multiple legendary Pokémon. Celebrations works as a miniature museum of TCG mechanics and designs, allowing newer collectors to encounter famous cards in an accessible form while giving longtime fans a nostalgic checklist that moves through twenty-five years of the game.
