Platinum—Supreme Victors raises the Pokémon SP concept to its highest competitive level by featuring Pokémon owned by Champions, Frontier Brains, and other elite Trainers. Cards such as Charizard G, Garchomp C, and Blaziken FB represent Pokémon already associated with accomplished battlers, giving the expansion an atmosphere of top-level competition rather than early adventure. The expansion closely follows Japan’s Beat of the Frontier, although the English checklist is not completely identical.

MoreLess

Garchomp C LV.X and Charizard G LV.X are the best-known collector and gameplay highlights, joined by Rayquaza C LV.X and several other powerful SP cards. The legendary birds—Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres—appear as secret cards, creating a striking trio that connects the modern Sinnoh format to Kanto nostalgia. A small shiny subset adds further hidden cards, including alternate-coloured Pokémon such as Milotic and Yanma. Supreme Victors is remembered as one of the most competitively influential sets of its period, but it also offers a coherent collector theme: the Pokémon of champions and specialists gathered in a single expansion designed to represent the highest tier of battle.
